  1. Balance Mode Shine Control Weightless Moisturizer: Smooth an even layer of the Balance Mode Moisturizer onto your face to hydrate skin without the shine and visibly minimize pores. For optimal results, use after the Balance Mode Cleanser and Peel-Off Mask to break the oily skin cycle. Use AM and/or PM Neo Blurring Powder: Press the puff lightly and evenly over the silicone mesh to dispense powder. Work the powder into the puff by folding and rubbing the halves together. Gently press the puff onto skin, using a rolling motion to work the powder in.
